📢 Financial Aid Support Lab Sessions
Tuesday, August 4th 9AM-12PM & Wednesday, August 5th 2-5PM
Drop-in to a financial aid support lab session before the Fall semester begins. We will help you complete a financial aid application, navigate your financial aid dashboard in your Bear Cub Hub, and/or submit any missing documents.
- Location: SRJC Petaluma, Richard Call Building, Room 644
- Recommended Materials: Bring 2024 tax information (1040 Form) for support in filling out the 2026-27 FAFSA/CADA application
- No pre-registration required, check-in when you arrive
*For complex situations that need more advanced attention please schedule an appointment at the Petaluma Welcome & Connect Center OR contact the Financial Aid office (Santa Rosa Campus). More details can be found at the bottom of the page.

Drop-In Availability
Drop in on Wednesdays from 3-5pm and Thursdays from 10am-12pm at the Welcome & Connect Center to receive dedicated support with the following:
- Verification documents (ex. ID Verification)
- Award offer review
- Setting up Bankmobile (direct deposit)
- Doyle Scholarship
Can't make drop-in hours? You may still come in for general support in submitting the FAFSA/CADAA application during our regular service hours and receive hands-on assistance from our Welcome Ambassadors.
Appointment Availability
Financial Aid guidance is also available by appointment on Mondays from 9am-12pm & Tuesdays from 2-4pm. Receive in depth support with the following:
- Verification documents (via Student Forms)
- Bankmobile disbursement review
- Appeal guidance

Santa Rosa Campus - Financial Aid Support (In-Person & Zoom)
The Financial Aid office is located in Plover Hall on the Santa Rosa campus. They are available Monday-Thursday from 8am-5pm and Friday from 8am-1pm (closed Fridays June-July).
Join the Santa Rosa Financial Aid team on Zoom during their virtual hours Monday-Thursday from 2-3pm for any questions you may have. Note that this time is not set aside for support with submitting financial aid applications.
