If you are a faculty member looking to book one-time classroom use, please email Vanessa Luna.
Finalizing the Room Reservation for Events (non meetings)
After you have selected your space and/or are ready to book an event, please submit your space request in 25Live.
If the reservation is considered an event rather than a regular departmental or shared governance meeting, please complete an event request in 25Live, and it will be routed for approvals accordingly.
- Once you submit your event request in 25Live, it is automatically routed to Petaluma Leadership Council (PLC) for initial review.
- Once PLC approves, it is routed for further approval based on your event parameters selected on your 25Live request, such as specific District Resources, like Media Services, Custodial, Warehouse, etc. If the event is after hours, it will go through further approvals with Petaluma Administration (a Manager will need to be present during any after hours events), or if your event has 100 or more attendees, it will go through additional scrutiny by District Administration.
- Please be advised that the approval process can take up to 10-15 business days.
New - Adding your event to the Districtwide online calendar
- You now have the option to promote your event on the new districtwide calendar online, which you can post after it's been fully approved. You will receive an email once your event is approved, where you will also find further guidance on how to post your event to this calendar.
- Any posts submitted to the calendar will not go live until the event has gone through the approval process.
