Directions to SRJC Petaluma Campus
The primary campus entrance is on Campus Circle off Sonoma Mountain Parkway. For transit, biking, and other arrival options, review Transportation options.
From the north (Hwy 101 southbound)
- Travel south on Highway 101.
- Exit at E. Washington St. and turn left at the stoplight.
- Proceed eastbound to Sonoma Mountain Parkway.
- Turn left on Sonoma Mountain Parkway and continue approximately 1.22 miles.
- Turn right onto Campus Circle.
From the south (Hwy 101 northbound)

Parking and electric vehicle charging
Parking permits are required seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Daily permits are $4 and may be purchased at kiosks located in each parking lot and near the main campus entrance. For detailed parking requirements (including space types and line colors), review Parking regulations.
Purchase and display
Purchase a daily parking permit at a kiosk and display it as required for the duration of your visit. View the campus map to locate parking areas and kiosks.
Accessible parking
Accessible parking spaces are available near major buildings throughout campus. Refer to the campus maps to identify the nearest route to your destination.
Electric vehicle charging (Petaluma Campus)
Electric vehicle (EV) charging stations are available at the Petaluma Campus for SRJC students, faculty, and staff.
- A valid parking permit is required while using an EV charging station.
- EV charging spaces are reserved for vehicles that are actively charging.
- Charging is permitted for up to four hours; vehicles must be moved when charging is complete.
Access requires a ChargePoint account (mobile app or ChargePoint card). District charging fees and time-based rates may apply.
EV charging space guidelines
EV charging spaces are intended for charging only and are not general EV-preferred parking. Vehicles that remain in an EV charging space while not actively charging may be cited.
