Amy LaCasse greatly enjoys her work as a Disability Specialist on the Petaluma campus. Prior to joining SRJC in 2014, she was a school psychologist employed with the Rincon Valley School District for seven years while also maintaining a private practice focused on assessing adults with learning disabilities. She received her MA in Counseling from Sonoma State University and holds a PPS Credential from CSU Sacramento. Prior to working as a school psychologist, she was a psychiatric social worker providing services for students and their families for Monterey County Children’s Services.
When Amy is not working, she enjoys travel, hiking, reading, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her husband and two rambunctious pugs.
