Jessica holds a BA in English from Penn State, an MS in Library Science from Simmons College, and an MS in Education, Online Teaching and Learning, from CSU East Bay. She believes that learning is a continually evolving process for both students and instructors!
 
Jessica has worked with students in Boston’s inner city schools, in Japan via the JET Program, as well as at Diablo Valley College and Harvard University’s Cabot Library. For several years, Jessica put her library research skills to work in private sector libraries. She is currently a Public Services Librarian at SRJC Petaluma.
