Free Farmer's Market 

February 4th , 11:30am-1:30pm under the outdoor canopy (between buildings 400 & 500). You can pick up fresh produce and other groceries. Can’t make it? Leftover produce and other items are moved to the Welcome & Connect Center after each event. More information here.

Student Success Team Event: Midterm Prep 

Get prepped for midterms! Join the Student Success coaches and other campus departments and resources to make a plan for midterm success and get connected to the support you need. Join us Tuesday February 25th & Wednesday February 26th from 12:00pm-1:00pm for free food and drinks.  The event is going to take place at the BBQ Patio outside of the cafe at the Petaluma campus.

Admissions and Records  

Feb. 2nd is the last day to register/add a semester length course with an instructor's signature and the last day to drop a semester length course without a W. Both of these functions can be accomplished in your SRJC Student Portal, but if you need support, come see the Admissions & Records Team in the Welcome & Connect Center, Mike Smith Hall, PC 500 or call us at (707)778-2415. We are open M, T, TH 8 am – 5 pm, W, 8 am – 7 pm and F 8 am –12 noon.

Financial Aid 

Financial Aid appointments are available in the Welcome & Connect Center Mondays, 1-5pm and Thursdays, 8:30-12:30pm if you have advanced questions about loans, special considerations for unique circumstances, an appeal or a disqualification.

One-on-One Assistance | Financial Aid 

Join us on Thursday, February 20, 2025, for SRJC Petaluma Campus Financial Aid Fun Day in the Student Success & Engagement Center from 11 am – 2 pm! Student Financial Services staff will be assisting students to complete their financial aid applications and celebrating with lunch, music, photo booth, and a resource fair. More information to come.

The Petaluma Bookstore updated hours on our website at https://www.bkstr.com/santarosastore/store-hours.  

We will be closed along with the rest of the campus on Feburary 13th, 14th & 17th. 

We are also including more vegetarian options for our grab-and-go foods. Come in and check it out! We have a vending machine for school and testing supplies located next to the Exchange Bank ATM machine.

Coffee Cart    

Spring 2025 the coffee cart opens on January 13, 2025 and is in the Courtyard Cafe’ Building 400. Pacific Dining is introducing smoothies to the menu at the Petaluma Coffee Cart.  The hours are Monday - Thursday 8 am - 1:30 pm. 

Student Health Services 

Student Health Services Clinic is open on the Petaluma Campus Mondays & Wednesdays 9:00 – 4:00. Nurse Practitioner Appointments both days and mental health appointments Wednesday only. 

Once a month on Wednesday is our Sexual and Reproductive Health Clinic from 1:00 – 4:00. Next one is Wednesday, February 12th.  Confidential services include STD testing, birth control counseling and services, paps and breast exams.

GED Testing is available in-person on the Petaluma Campus! See dates and times on our website. Located in the Richard Call Building, PC 608, Call 707-778-3908 for more information.  

GED Pricing for In-person testing or online testing (from Home) is $41 per subject. Discount for retakes are available only for testers taking the exam in-person at a Testing Center. There is no discount for online testing.  

FREE GED Prep Courses are also available online or on the Santa Rosa Campus, also known as College Skills (CSKLS 731-733 and CSLKS 741-742). Classes available in English & Spanish. 

GED & MeTM - The Official GED® Mobile App is now available for students to download (Only for iPhone users).

CALLING ALL VOLUNTEERS... 
Are you interested in earning CSU transferable units for volunteering in the community?  CI 51 may be the course for you! This course is a self-directed student volunteer program designed to facilitate experiential learning and service to the community.  Volunteer placements include animal care facilities, clinics, day care centers, hospitals, recreation programs, schools, senior care centers, and various social service agencies.  Note takers may also take this course. High School students are welcome. Students volunteer 52.50 hours per unit per semester for 0.50-3.00 units. A great opportunity to earn CSU transferrable elective units and give back to the community at the same time!

SRJC ID Cards are BACK

Student Identification (ID) cards are available for FREE. Having a Student ID card is essential as it will serve as your official student identification and provide access to on-campus events. You will also be able to ride FREE on any Sonoma County, Santa Rosa or Petaluma buses with a current enrollment sticker.  

You can come get your physical Student ID now at the following locations:
