SERVICES OFFERED:
COPY CENTER For Petaluma Classes only! Full service and or self-service copy center. Copy requests can be emailed to guser89@santarosa.edu. Please include number of copies, hole punch, staple, paper color, and if you would like your copies double sided. Turn-around time for copy requests in most cases is one hour. Your copy order will be in your mailbox when done.

General office supplies (pens, pencils, paper clips, dry erase markers, transparencies, etc.) are always available to instructors in the work room. Feel free to take what you need but be respectful of other instructors needs as well. Inter Campus mail will be picked up and delivered at approx. 11:00a.m. daily (subject to change). If you are sending mail to Santa Rosa, please fill out an inter-office envelope with the correct destination information and place it in the Santa Rosa box for pick up. If you receive a delivery that’s too large for your mailbox, there will be a blue tag with date of delivery attached to your mailbox notifying you when it arrived. Please pick up your package from faculty support. Please return inter-office envelopes to mailroom; we’re always short.

SCANTRON MACHINE - A scantron grading machine is available for your use
We will gladly scan and process your scantrons per your request. Scantrons for your test keys are available from Kate/Heidi/Jo

The copy machines in the workroom can also scan documents and email them to you or others with a santarosa.edu email address.
- COPY MACHINES
Every instructor is to use their own copy code. Please copy two-sided if possible, it saves paper. Please be sure to take colored paper out of the copiers when finished.

come early (30 minutes) to classroom and test AV technology; plan ahead for backup options for lessons if there are equipment failurescore hours M-F 7:30am-7pm. Call Pet. Media tech hotline at 778-3985 for rapid support. on-site staff until 7pm in Petaluma; if someone is out sick, the phone rolls over to SR for remote support until 7pm. To report an issue after hours, can leave a voicemail for Media Services on the hotline or submit a ticket in TOPdesk (self-service hub)
IT-issues (network, computers, accounts, internet, etc.) will be forwarded to the IT HelpDesk (core hours M-F 8am-5pm)
For special instructional events and more complex needs, Media Services can be hired for evening and weekend support with at least 2 weeks’ notice, pending available personnel to work OT. Service fees will be charged back to the department. (How would they quickly move to another room? ) - Faculty Support may be able to provide a list of available rooms or we designate one and advertise to the evening instructors? - BOOKSTORE

Counselor support for emergency/psychological issues
If you have an immediate crisis issue with a student while in class, contact District Police (707)527-1000 or x1000 from any Cisco phone. You should also complete a BCARE Referral Report Form. Samantha Montellanos Diaz is the dedicated noncredit Counselor in Petaluma. She can visit classes while in session, and is available for referrals and appointments as well. You can contact her Counselor for educational counseling

Facilities and/or Custodial Issues
Custodian services are open for service Monday to Friday 5AM to 10:30PM. If anybody has any emergency information to give to the custodian service after hours, you can contact me, Mengi, at 707-494-0778. An emergency example is water leak, restroom overflowing, damaged doors, etc. For non-emergencies, put in a custodial or facilities ticket through Faculty Support or guser219@santarosa.edu
